PLAYWRITING LAB
October 16th - December 11th
Every other Monday, 6pm - 10pm

Much like athletes and musicians, playwrights must exercise their skills. But how does this translate to the page? Through exercises and discussion, this new class offers insight on how to transform your creative ideas to tell a story through dramatic form. This class offers writing exercises, readings with professional actors, and feedback from Producing Artistic Director James Kuhl. Whether you’re trying to find how to start writing or working on adding the finishing touches to your show, this is the class for you!

AUDITION INTENSIVE
January 23rd - February 20th
Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm - 9:30pm

With audition season just around the corner, it is time to dust off your monologues or work on new ones! But you need more than a killer monologue to book the gig. This class will help you find new life in your monologues, provide strategies on how to work a callback, and help take the stress out of this crucial part of the theatre business.

This 5 week intensive also offers a unique look at the other side of the audition table as you work together to build a personal strategy on how to attack the audition process with confidence. Stop dreading the audition process by transforming it into an opportunity to express yourself through art!

ACTING STUDIO
April 23rd - May 21st
Monday evenings, 6:30pm - 9:30pm

This acting class is designed to benefit actors of all levels, as well as any individual who is looking to use their creativity to express themselves in the theatre, the classroom, or even the board room. Using the foundation of techniques and exercises developed by acting teacher Sanford Meisner, this class will be sure to give your imagination an artistic workout. Including the fundamentals of acting, advanced acting exercises, and coached scene work, this class is sure to leave any artist excited and motivated to continue exploring their craft.
