Taylor Young

Board Member

Taylor Young is a proud Northville native whose lifelong passion for the performing arts began through her involvement in local theater in her hometown. Growing up immersed in the Northville arts community, Taylor developed a deep appreciation for how theater unites people, inspires creativity, and builds confidence. True values that continue to guide her today. Taylor went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Central Michigan University and her Master’s in Educational Psychology from Wayne State University. While at CMU, she continued her love of performance as a member of On The Rox, the university’s all-female A cappella group, and served as an executive board member. She performed, coordinated events, and fostered collaboration among members. Professionally, Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and serves as the Lead Clinical Advisor of ABA Operations at Montera Health. In her role, she oversees clinical programming and mentorship for behavior analysts across the country ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for individuals and families. As a member of the board, Taylor brings her blend of leadership, creativity, and community service to support the mission of keeping the arts alive and thriving in Northville. She believes deeply in the power of live performance to connect people of all ages and backgrounds. She is honored to give back to her community at the Tipping Point Theatre.
