POLICY
Overview
The objectives of this policy are to make sure that employees, independent contractors, instructors, performers, students, clients and associates of Tipping Point Theatre are aware that racism and oppression in all its forms is unacceptable and incompatible with the standards of this organization.
Tipping Point Theatre is committed to providing an environment that is safe for all artists. Where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, can contribute fully and have equitable opportunities in a supportive environment where creativity can flourish.
This policy should be read in conjunction with Tipping Point Theatre’s Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment as well as Tipping Point Theatre’s Guiding Principles. Failure to abide by the expectations set forth in this policy and in all Tipping Point Theatre policies may result in appropriate discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
All employees and contractors, regardless of their positions, are covered by and are expected to comply with this policy and to take appropriate measures to ensure that prohibited conduct does not occur.
