How to Order. Advanced ticket reservations are recommended and can be made with a credit card by calling our Box Office. A credit card number serves as payment guarantee only; tickets may be purchased with cash, check, or charge in person at the Box Office.
Cancellation Policy. All ticket reservations, including SeasonPASS tickets, may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to performance. A rescheduling fee of $3 per ticket will apply to any change made to reservations with less than 48 hrs prior to scheduled performance. Canceled reservations with less than 48 hrs prior to scheduled performance will be charged full price. Once tickets leave the Box Office, they may not be exchanged or refunded.
No Show, No Call. All unclaimed ticket reservations left at the Box Office will be charged for the full ticket amount. SeasonPASS holders will be charged a $3 service fee when rescheduling tickets during the 48 hour period prior to the performance.
Seating. All reserved seating begins 20 minutes prior to curtain. Due to the intimacy of our performance space, patrons arriving late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
If your SeasonPASS tickets are not picked up 10 minutes prior to show time, we reserve the right to sell your seats.
Accessibility. All performances are wheelchair accessible; Please mention special needs when making reservations.
Babes-in-arms. Out of consideration to our patrons and performers, babes-in-arms are not allowed in our theatre during performances.
Cameras and Recording Devices. The making of photographs and/or recording is strictly prohibited inside the theatre.
Refreshments. Please do not bring anything to eat or drink into the theatre
