Introduction To Improv!

Curious about how improv works? That’s all you need to be for this 6 week intensive. Whether you think you’re funny or not, there’s no doubt you’ll benefit from this class. Even if you have no plans to pursue a career in performing, improv can help you with a lot of things you’re faced with on a daily basis like, meeting new people, speaking in public and even feeling more confident.

The class will begin with a few basic improv rules, history and explanations of various different improv forms. Over the next 6 weeks, you’ll discover a world of improv games and exercises to develop and enhance your skills. You’ll also dabble in basic character development, object work and more.

Dave Davies has been a local improviser for nearly two decades now, he can provide unique insight about the local improv scene, give you a good idea of what to expect and even help point you in the right direction should you decide to continue.  You’ll be amazed at how life-changing it can be!

So, what’s stopping you?
